REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant financial qualification (e.g. university degree, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with at least 5 years post-graduation experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to manage details but still summarize executive messages to drive actions and improvements
  • People management experience
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working with a low level of supervision, and ability to drive and implement financial modelling structures and processes
  • Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Oracle or similar is advantageous.
  • An innovative approach to tasks with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial governance and support as a finance business partner.
  • Provide appropriate analysis and recommendations to influence decision making process.
  • Support the operations team throughout the Contract lifecycle covering new business, business case approvals, project start-up, performance management, price reviews, to contract closure
  • Manage the Monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and midterm planning (IBP) deliverables
  • As required support the review of contracts & preparation of business cases from a commercial & financial perspective, working with other stakeholders (e.g. legal, risk, property, tax)
