Responsibilities:
- Participate in the growth of the FRAS practice
- Participate in engagements with respect to the execution and delivery of complex accounting advisory projects, including facilitating training sessions and leading implementation work on new standards and/or transitioning to a new frameworks
- Provide complex accounting support to other engagement teams, which could include acting as a sounding-board or a “second set of eyes”
- Build and maintain relationships with appropriate levels of client management,
- Understand the client’s industry sector and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and new technical and industry developments
- Continuously learn and share knowledge across the firm and with clients
- Design and prepare deliverables tailored to client needs
- Build relationships that enable seamless collaboration with other service lines in order to provide the client with an exceptional client experience
- Participate in National and local business development initiatives
