MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• University Degree (Business or Industrial Engineering)
• Certified First Choice Senior Advisor Bronze
• Advanced knowledge and practice of First Choice tools, methodology and techniques
• Sound knowledge of DHL operations, and general cross-functional knowledge of all key functions within DHL Express.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within DHL

To create a continuous improvement culture and ensure the training and consistent application of the Six Sigma methodology and Lean tools, under First Choice in order to increase customer satisfaction levels and business productivity.
