We are looking for a Manager to our Data Management team.
You will be responsible for leading the team, data acquisition, data quality and the operational efficiency within data management, along with the responsibility to identify new customer and business needs proactively. You will belong to the functional unit Data & Analytics and report to the Head of Data Management.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the team in coaching and supporting with operational data quality management (data entry, data quality checks, analysis of data problems)
  • Data supplier contracts, vendor contracts and operational management
  • Budgets and invoicing management
  • Participate in the development of solutions and services
  • Identify automation opportunities within data management processes
  • Take ownership of data catalog for the scope of this role and maintain it
  • Set data quality KPIs and metrics
  • Communication skills to align with business stakeholders and translate it to IT

RELEVANT BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in the role as Manager for Data Management, you need to have a university degree with 5+ years of data management experience, with 2+ years of experience as a manager of a team. The key competences for this roleholder include:

  • Good knowledge about data management disciplines and Data quality KPIs, dimensions and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge in high level data concepts, understanding of structured/unstructured data and be able to drive ideas for collection and refinement of unstructured data
  • Strong knowledge and constructive ideas in taking AI into use and idea generation within data management to use generative AI where applicable
  • Previous experience in analysing data
  • Ability to create excels, powerpoints as needed to give overviews of data
  • Ability to create, drive and maintain good documentation necessary for an operational data quality management setup
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to create data flows and coach the team

We are looking for you with good oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. Our Data & Analytics function is Nordic and our company language is English, whereas our many of customers and the data we receive is in Swedish.
