Here at Cobalt, we are working with a highly regarded Fund Consultancy, that is looking for a Manager Fund Administrator for their growing Luxembourg office. This is an interesting opportunity to join an international company that works with an impressive list of clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Several years of experience in fund administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law and company regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in the preparation and review of board minutes.
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages would be beneficial.
  • Be team-orientated, with experience in supervising and developing Junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop client relationships, serving as the primary contact for clients, new business, and prospects.
  • Coordinate and prepare board and statutory meetings, including drafting and reviewing meeting minutes and legal documents.
  • Assist clients with incorporating various legal entities, maintaining and monitoring the compliance framework.
  • Help maintain procedures and processes, and coordinate with relevant counterparties.
  • Ensure statutory filings and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Train and delegate tasks to junior staff and trainees, applying escalation procedures to management or the compliance officer as needed.
