New to the organisation, our Manager, Funding and Commissioning will be responsible for managing funding delegations, budgets, commissioning and contract management, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. Leading our dedicated Funding & Commissioning team, you will ensure that our outcomes-based commissioning approach is collaborative, transparent and client centred.
Taikura Trust is the region’s single facilitator of needs assessment and service coordination of support services for people under 65 years, who have a physical, intellectual or sensory impairment, or autism. Above all, Taikura Trust is about bringing certainty to the lives of the people we support and walking the journey with children and families to live the lives they choose.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delegated NACS budget management, and the enhancement of outcome-based allocation practise across the teams.
- Ensure government resources are utilised effectively and delivering measurable outcomes
- Develop Funding & Commissioning annual work plans that support the strategic plan
- Collaborate with other leaders to create a seamless client journey as they navigate our service
- Leading a diverse team of dedicated professionals, providing an environment of support, guidance, trust and continuous learning.Demonstrate commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the values of Taikura Trust
