Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business divisions to verify assumptions in the corporate and funding plan, the intragroup funding framework and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analysis of emerging trends in financial markets which could affect the Group’s funding strategy and cost of funds
  • Project manage the execution of specific capital markets transactions, coordinating all parties to achieve the expected timeline
  • Assist as necessary in the preparation of presentations for funding transactions and co-ordinate and process feedback from investors
  • Manage relationship with the Bank of England, organising and maintaining the use of suitable collateral for access to its facilities
  • Review cash flow models and forecasts both at securitisation transaction level and Group level, including stress testing based on macroeconomic developments and forecasts
  • Review early warning indicators within securitisation transactions and any other management information for funding activities
  • Manage internal and external securitisation transaction reporting which includes covenant compliance
  • Develop the intra-group lending strategy and monitor such lending transactions against plan and limits
