Health Standards Organization (HSO) is searching for an exceptional Manager, Global Marketing who shares our passion for achieving quality health services for all. HSO works around the world (present in more than 40 countries) and identifies business opportunities to expand our markets in order to deliver quality health care for all.
As the Manager, Global Marketing you will lead your team as you roll out the marketing vision across HSO by developing and executing the Enterprise marketing strategy. You will support the leadership team in promoting and advancing HSO and it’s affiliates brands and communicating our unique value proposition to our clients and stakeholders. This role is key in leading market research and competitive analysis developing product and content marketing strategies and overseeing corporate events.

YOU HAVE A UNIQUE HISTORY. DOES IT INCLUDE THE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE LISTED BELOW?

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Masters degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or communications experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • A strong track record of developing compelling and successful national and international integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong and demonstrated understanding of digital marketing trends, tools and techniques.
  • Business/financial experience (including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting and tracking ROI).
  • Proficient with CRM effectiveness.
  • Exceptional English communication skills. Other languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic) are an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
