PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Stock Administration or Compensation for a multi-national, publicly traded company.
  • High technical competencies with award grants, vesting, financial and tax implications.
  • Experience with global pay programs and international equity programs.
  • Strong technical understanding of various equity awards including tax and accounting implications and reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced Excel and Word capabilities.
  • Experience with administration of Merrill Lynch stock plan admin platform and Workday is a plus.
  • Completion of Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 2; full designation (Level 3) preferred.

Responsibilities:

Let’s do this! Let’s change the world. In this vital role Amgen is seeking a manager of Global Stock plans who will be responsible for assisting with the daily administration, management and compliance of our Global Long Term Incentive and Employee Stock Purchase plans.
While developing and maintaining effective partnerships, the Manager will provide equity-related support to Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal, Compensation and HR business associates globally as well as leverage relationships with outside vendors, including monitoring ongoing plan operation, compliance and communication with participants.
