Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for Supply Chain within the NextPharma business. As the Global SC Lead you will have responsibility and accountability for the performance of the end-to-end Supply Chain, from receipt to dispatch & customer service. As part of matrix organization, you will partner with site and Global functions as required to develop and deploy processes and systems that facilitate best-in-class performance, management & mitigation of supply chain risks - ensuring continuity and security of supply.
You will also partner with sites and Global IT to roll-out SAP (including improvements & upgrades) and systems that facilitate short and long-term capacity planning/modelling at the site and global level
Building capability of Supply Chain Management within NextPharma sites by
- Driving activities to improve productivity, improve supply chain efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.
- To continuously raise performance levels by establishing an improvement culture – i.e. raising the capability of teams by focusing on business and manufacturing processes: stabilising, standardising, improving & automation; exposing issues, eliminating them & repeating the cycle, thorough root cause analysis
- Improve systems and practices by supporting and actively partnering with site and global functions, such as IT, on global ERP system roll-out, MasterData management etc
- Working cross-functionally, create and manage processes and systems to measure, report, model & mitigate SC KPI’s such as OTIF, OEE, capacity/utilization, lost shifts, Working Capital, DIO etc;
- Create, establish and manage tiered accountability processes related to supply chain and issue management
- To be the voice of TechOps Leadership where necessary.
