Description:

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • CFA/CPA or other Finance degree qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting advisory or financial role, and large accounting firm experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all ranks including C-suite.
  • Track record in finance business process improvements and performance management
  • Project management skills
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
  • Ability to work independently play a hands-on role and exercise flexibility in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies and initiatives that are aimed at maximizing ROIC and enhancing overall business performance. These would include initiatives that would drive uplift in revenue, optimize operating costs/capex or streamline financial/business processes.
  • Set up squad, develop action plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement those initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of those initiatives, with regular updates to steerco and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitors performance to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ROIC optimization, and incorporate relevant insights into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive alignment, change mindset and collaboration.
  • Post implementation- monitor and track the progress of those initiatives, to ensure alignment and achievement of milestones and targets
