Responsibilities:
As the Manager Higher Education Enrolments & Scholarships, you will be responsible for the operational management of enrolments for all University students, on campus and online, international and domestic. You will provide leadership across a distributed network of staff involved in the end to-end processes for enrolments and scholarships, and you will be accountable for:
- Documenting relevant policies, procedures, forms or guidelines
- Bringing a strong customer mindset, striving for excellence by consulting with staff and student stakeholders
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational deliverables, meeting deadlines and service level agreement
