As a Manager for HR Operations, you will lead the development and implementation of employee-related programs and processes that support organizational success and drive the desired culture. The role will provide high-quality support in different facets of People and Admin
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services that align with business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities and Duties:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
• Knowledgeable of HR systems and process
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• With experience in leadership roles or managing people
• Preferably with the above average oral and written communication skills
