Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • A University degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • With at least 6 years of Human Resources work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English – both verbal and in writing.
  • Strong time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks as short-timelines are expected.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, and able to work independently on tasks.
  • Understanding of HR labour law, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with relevant employment regulations, governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • To work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the firm operates according to applicable regulations and properly manage risk by focusing on areas like gap identification, policy development and process analyses.
  • Responsible for regular revision and updates of HR policies ensuring relevance and compliance with changes in local employment law.
  • Liaise and build relationship with country-specific statutory and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with extraction of audit deliveries for various internal and external audits requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time within scope of practice.
