We are looking for a HSE Manager to lead and improve health, safety and environmental culture of our operations at Hämeenlinna for parental leave period. This position is fixed-term for 1 year, starting from September 2024.
As our HSE Manager you belong to our management team and will be reporting to the Director, Supply Hämeenlinna. In this role you are part of our Standard Equipment Hämeenlinna operations, which is responsible for supplying crane components. You will also act as a line manager to our local HSE team consisting of two HSE professionals. The role is based in Finland, Hämeenlinna.

• Support line organization to develop and improve HSE culture and skills
• Oversee, maintain and develop processes to ensure compliance to relevant standards and regulations such as incident investigations, HSE observations, chemical and third party management
• Coordinate and carry out risk assessments
• Health, Safety and Environmental reporting and communication
• Manage certified ISO 14001 Environmental management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety management systems including related audits
• Act as Occupational safety manager for Hämeenlinna site
• Co-operate with corporate HSE-team, Occupational Health Care, Human Resources and many other relevant parties
• Support new product introductions in terms of safety
