Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Business Analytics, Human Resource, Data Science or Computer Science.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data analyst and/or data science roles with relevant HR work experience is preferred.
  • Technical competencies include PowerBI Desktop & PowerBI Service, Python 3 (Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, SQLAlchemy), SQL (T-SQL), Power Automate.
  • Proficient with Azure Databricks, Azure ADLS Blob Storage, Azure Logic Apps would be good.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with statistical modelling and descriptive statistics
  • Proven track record in independently leading projects, engaging stakeholders at all levels and achieving results.
  • This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and working between the lines to define and create structure.
  • The successful candidate should be able to work effectively across various cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

  • This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the current people analytics platforms and tools in SATS. While this role resides under the Human Capital team, there is functional collaboration with the Data & Digital Solutions team (encompassing data science, data analytics and data architecture capabilities for SATS Group).
  • With the integration of WFS into SATS Group, the People Analytics scope is expanding to global scale. This role will play a key role in driving the globalization of capabilities, processes and systems. As such this presents a rare learning opportunity to be part of the construction phase of the global people analytics capability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain Human Capital data tools, reporting, and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and consistency of input data
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems, generating reports and dashboards that can enable insightful examination of several aspects of employee behaviors, including but not limited to attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, and engagement
  • Lead the development of global people analytics capability by extending the current APAC people analytics capabilities to Americas and EMEA
  • Identify themes, trends and issues to generate useful insights and more data-driven decision making for Human Capital
  • Partner and support the Group Data and Digital Solutions team in projects to enable data-driven decision making for Business Units
  • Lead or support Human Capital digitalization project implementation in partnership with stakeholders
