Responsibilities:

Greenshield Health is a business unit within GreenShield specializing in providing EAP, mental health and wellbeing solutions, telemedicine, disease management, care coordination and digital pharmacy. Our strong growth since 2021 has been accelerated and amplified by GreenShield+ and our payer-provider market position, which sets us apart from competitors. This position reports to the Vice President GS+.

This is a vital role that leads your new business implementation team. This team, under your leadership, ensures that we delight our new clients from day one. You will oversee the various project budgets from small implementations to much larger, multi‑million dollar, implementations for our new clients. Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage relationship with senior client contacts, colleagues, and other leadership to provide key leadership and oversight to large client implementations.
  • Drive best practices, develop, and evolve processes, and foster a spirit of continuous improvement with your team by challenging the status quo.
  • Build and execute implementation plans for new clients in collaboration with our stakeholders.
  • During the migration to existing clients to GS+, ensure that the change is successful and with minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee the management and communication of on-going project reporting to your stakeholders, while applying appropriate risk management practices.
  • Provide feedback and participate in improving GS+.
  • Bring your and the team’s technical knowledge, business expertise and enthusiasm forward to support our business development opportunities.
  • Encourage, inspire, and develop employee development plans to maintain a highly effective and engaged team.
  • Profitably manage and deliver on-time the implementation projects for our clients.
  • Bring forward ideas and expertise to help us evolve and create new products and services for our clients.
  • Develop relationships across the organization and listen to the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Foster and build a positive, collaborative team environment so the team is engaged and motivated to achieve results.
