Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Manager of the Information Security Department is responsible for the organization’s efforts to protect its information assets and ensure the security of its information systems.
  • This position requires a proactive approach to developing and implementing security policies, conducting security assessments, and responding to incidents.
  • The role involves collaboration with various departments and regional offices, with a particular focus on the APAC region.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with security assessment and incident response.
  • Preferable familiarity with the CrowdStrike security platform.
  • Experience with a SIEM or similar security management tool.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the APAC region.
  • The role demands availability for incident response on a 24/7/365 basis.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain the CCFR (Certified Cyber Forensics Responder) qualification by the end of May 2025.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and Alert Escalation:
  • Monitoring of security alerts and ensure timely escalation and response to potential threats.
  • Implement effective isolation strategies for detected threats to minimize impact.
  1. Coordination and Incident Response:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between regional companies and the CrowdStrike security platform.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Ensure a swift and efficient response to security incidents, maintaining 24/7/365 availability as required.
