Kaizen Office prepares the hospital for greater demand and complexities in the future via the lean movement by facilitating change and skilling people for improvement and innovation.

As a Lean Facilitator, you will:-

  • Contextualise, translate and deploy the hospital improvement and innovation blueprint that engages staff in value creation through process redesign at hospital and cluster level
  • Assist in the design, development, review, refine and implementation of “MyCare” continous quality improvement and innovation approaches
  • Assist in the engagement and development of strong and positive relationships with internal and external sponsors and partners to drive healthcare transformation efforts
  • Assist in the deployment and execution of the system-level improvement and innovation blueprint that will enable the hospital to deliver its strategic priorities
  • Work closely with project sponsors and owners to build a safe environment where knowledge is shared, applied and built upon, so as to empower staff, and create a continuous improvement and innovation culture
  • To support people development through avenues including (but not limited to) training, improvement and innovation projects, and coaching in improvement and innovation tools, principles and skillsets, pegged to their capacity for work improvement
  • To partner healthcare and community partners on capability building and transformational collaborations to support Central Health 2030
  • Support the Extended Reality (XR) workgroup in identifying potential XR applications to both opertational processes and medical practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and project managers, to support XR project implementations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in facilitation and application of improvment and innovation methodologies
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing simulation models to address complex business challenges
  • Experience or strong interest in Extended Reality (XR) applications
