JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
We are currently seeking an experienced Manager, Instrumentation to join their our Ibese Cement Plant. This role will for the cement mills implementation of instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies with company SOPs to ensure optimal plant availability for production.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 8 years of experience in an instrumentation engineering role, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of current instrumentation technology, standards, codes, and regulations related to construction projects. Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively. Proactive problem solver with good analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to organize and execute multiple projects with competing priorities. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain instrumentation systems and procedures for construction projects in accordance with industry standards and company policies. Oversee the design, installation, calibration and maintenance of all instrumentation systems in use. Develop instrumentation system operational procedures and ensure all instrumentation technicians are trained in their use. Coordinate instrumentation system repairs and upgrades with external contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. Supervise all instrumentation activities within the construction team and provide technical support when necessary. Prepare and control budgets for instrumentation engineering projects.
