Manager Integrated Absence Management Non-STD \Remote. Most states eligible
The ADM Manager-Support Teams manages support staff members that function inter-departmentally to perform quality audits, training, department-related content for SOP’s, SLA’s and policy adjustments, and other knowledge-based articles and training/support materials. This role is responsible for team performance and meeting operational needs, while maintaining adherence to statutory rules/regulations along with organization policies and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • 6 years Leave and Disability Case Management in a carrier or self-administered employer environment.
  • 4 years Management or applicable leadership experience in a related industry or large employer environment preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years Experience in policy and content development and interpretation.
