POSITION OVERVIEW

At the Franciscan, our Internal Audit Manager organizes and directs the internal audit program for Franciscan ministries including Revenue Cycle, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Hire to Retire functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or other related - Required
• Master’s Degree - Preferred
• 5 years Internal control, corporate accounting, internal auditor or public accounting role - Required
• 7 years Business or related healthcare field, Medicare and managed care terminology - Preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Required
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) - Institute of Internal Auditors - Preferred
