NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous leadership experience including experience managing multi-functional and multi-location team(s) within a talent acquisition function.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, including the development and delivery of talent acquisition strategies including direct talent sourcing.
  • Knowledge of international markets where talent reach can be obtained successfully when supporting the marketing and campaign team.
  • Knowledge of global labour markets, immigration policies, and cultural nuances affecting recruitment.
  • Mature communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write and present in a clear, persuasive, and impactful way.
  • Some project management skills to assist with the development of multi-layered talent sourcing plans.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop, unify and maintain strong internal and external relationships essential for achieving sustainable outcomes.
