We provide Phase I-IV clinical trial services with specialized focuses in multiple therapeutic areas for example endocrine disorders, real world evidence big data research, vaccine research, and primary care studies.

Currently, our team is looking for a Manager of IT Engineering and Operations. This person will be responsible for Centricity’s IT environment and will report directly to the Executive Director, Technology, Facilities and Procurement.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of Microsoft 0365 Administration required
  • Sharepoint experience required
  • 3- 5 years IT Infrastructure experience preferred
  • CTMS and/or EMR experience preferred but not required
  • Experience building and deploying APIs preferred
  • Project management experience with software migrations and/or M&A activities preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technology team.
  • Manage relationships with all software vendors, service providers, etc.
  • Keep up-to-date on all the latest technology trends and make recommendations which would reflect a positive business case.
  • Responsible for employee experience associated with all technology products, devices and services.
  • Ensure all IT software and hardware are tracked and kept up to date.
  • Manage the full IT security posture which includes, but is not limited to device encryption, network security, antivirus and phishing.
  • Ensure IT compliance with any and all regulations such as HIPAA, Part 11.
  • Define, build and maintain KPIs and metrics associated with IT services. These measures will help to drive the value of this service to the organization.
  • Manage outsourced service providers in terms of cost, productivity and customer experience.
  • Manage the upkeep of our new ticketing system (supporting not only IT but Facilities and Procurement as well).
  • Manage the onboarding of new organizations into our support model.
  • Manage the knowledge base that will be built in our ticketing system.
  • Report on support volume and, though problem management, identify trends.
  • Own device refresh plans, inventory, device asset tracking, etc.
