QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
• > 6 years; Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business models and strategies
• Functional knowledge: Substantial IT Service Management Tools and Methods, ITIL Processes expertise Broad Digital Core Applications and Infrastructure for Automotive Suppliers, Financial Management, Asset & License Management Metrics Business process knowledge: Broad in Financial processes, HCM processes , Sales processes, Sourcing processes, Production processes, Logistics processes, Quality processes, PDM processes, CAX processes, EDI supported processes, IT Service Management processes for Automotive Suppliers
• Proficient level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome
• Leadership: Proactive leadership role within the business, the relevant IT value area/project organization Input on IT architecture (often) and strategy (often) Internal thought leader Guides Experts Trains/mentors teamleads, experts & senior project managers Drives changes in IT and enables changes in business Problem solving: Processes incl. several problem areas / Large projects with high complexity and resource requirements Enables IT and contributes to digital business innovations Communication skills: Professional internal and external communication within several areas / complex program incl. • Responsible for process management within the value area
• Definition and implementation of IT processes in value area
• Streamline IT services within the value area. Achieve IT operational excellence.
• Lead the IT team in value area and establish a high-performance IT organization

• Definition of overall IT budget within the value area
• Process management and governance for IT Operations Management of incidents, problems, access, events and request fulfillment Account for and streamline of operational services across business processes by driving continuous improvement (integration) Monitor external partners on operational level
