REQUIREMENTS
- Degree and Diploma holders with relevant IT or system administration with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates excellent skills in teamwork and collaboration.
- Organized and able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Pro-active to engage stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions, MS Forms, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Prior experiences in hostel management and/or IT support role will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- It involves collaborating and communicating with relevant stakeholders on change requests, testing and change management prior to rollout of new features and functionalities.
- Support and handle daily aspects of HMS administration, which includes ensuring that HMS effectively supports the operations from end to end, i.e., from application to check-out, while prioritising positive user experience.
- Implement modules in HMS to optimize processes or process re-engineered from other systems.
- Support data analysis and statistical reports required by stakeholders. This includes analyses on applications, occupancy rates, check-in/out data, withdrawal, and other relevant metrics that provide insights into the efficiency of operations and outreach to applicants or residents.
- Provide effective user support structure where users’ inquiries / issues are addressed effectively, and making sure that user guide is developed and updated for HMS.
- Handling ad-hoc projects as and when assigned.
- Lead the analysis of data to derive insights for informed decision-making.
- Perform Business Process Re-engineering to optimise productivity and satisfaction.
