Description:
MANAGER DEVELOPMENT IT SYSTEMS, KRONOS
Foundever® is seeking a motivated Development Manager who will be responsible for make programming and deployment recommendations for UKG Kronos. In addition, will have supervisory responsibility for a team of Kronos Engineers for performance, attendance, and work product. This role requires a good level of spoken and written English. Good functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central Payroll is essential for this role. This role can be remote.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Assess and understand the issues and challenges of the organization and how UKG application seeks to resolve those issues
- Use of knowledge and experience to resolve difficult problems submitted by end-users
- Participate in design, configuration and implementation of complex projects while ensuring adherence to the compliance and security guideline of the organization
- Ensure suitable Disaster Recovery plans are created and maintained
- Supporting migration of new sites and countries to the Global Kronos instance
- Collaborates with external teams and stakeholders to coordinate deliverables
- Define and document requirements for enhancements and submit documented requests for review, assignment, and completions
- Ensure that requirements are well understood and configured successfully, and that the impact of change is understood and communicated
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and drive agreements and decisions and determine when and how to escalate appropriately
- Ensure that all UKG project deliverables are monitored and delivered on time, accurately and without incident.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate implementations and ongoing migrations, maintenance and administration of UKG
- Ability to prepare a work breakdown structure for basic projects, and manage projects
- Lead and participate in in the activities involved in developing and configuring UKG application
- Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to identify and analyze key business trends, analyze gaps, define future requirements, develop business cases and make recommendations
- Demonstrate broad working knowledge of the department functional responsibilities and interdependencies with various business partners, and an in-depth knowledge of functional team responsibilities, procedures, risks
- Assure quality and integrity of final production implementation - compliance with committed function, dates, data integrity, and performance.
- Design and document business process workflows, business requirements document and test cases.
- Collaborate with Dev team to provide work effort and resource estimates and timelines for requests and projects
