HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT site support team. The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in providing efficient and effective IT support to end-users. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent proficiency in Czech language and good English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading an IT site support team.
  • Deep technical knowledge and solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
  • Understanding of IT service management processes.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • ITIL qualification at Foundation Certificate level or equivalent.
  • Relevant IT certifications.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 and deployment technologies such as Intune and Autopilot.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory control is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of site support technicians, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the site support team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders for seamless integration and support of IT systems.
  • Support large enterprise projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise support metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop a customer-centric culture within the team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for site support services.
  • Provide assistance with colleague onboarding and offboarding.
  • Participate in audits and business continuity planning.
  • Travel up to 20% to support other sites when required.
