SUMMARY
Are you an experienced and highly motivated individual with a strong background in key account management and a passion for the furniture industry? We are seeking an Manager, Key Accounts to join our team at Mercana, a leading furniture wholesaler selling to retail accounts across Canada & the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our continued growth and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in key account management, specifically within the furniture wholesale with demonstrated sucess selling to retail accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the furniture market, including product trends, pricing structures, and key competitors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and influence buying decisions.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to identifying growth opportunities and resolving challenges.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales-related software.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with retail accounts and attend industry trade shows.
