QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich; bevorzugt werden ACA, ACCA, CPA, MBA oder relevante höhere Abschlüsse.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Konsolidierung und Finanzberichterstattung, mit Schwerpunkt auf IFRS. Vorzugsweise in einem globalen Geschäftsumfeld, das internationale Gesellschaften umfasst.
• Ausgeprägte Detailorientierung
• Hohe ethische Standards und Integrität angesichts der Bedeutung einer genauen und transparenten Finanzberichterstattung. Einhaltung professioneller Standards und Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzinformationen.
• Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache, die eine effektive Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen Umfeld ermöglichen.
• Fähigkeit, mit Unklarheiten, wechselnden Prioritäten und mehreren Terminen umzugehen.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Workday, MSDynamics, NetSuite).
• Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse zur Anwendung und zum Verständnis von Finanzmodellen (Bilanzen, Cash Flows, einschließlich Working Capital, und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung)
