Role: Manager Loyalty & Partnership
Location: Dubai

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (IF ANY)

  • A minimum of 7 years industry experience
  • University degree
  • Understanding of marketing dynamics including demographic factors, competitor products and services and customer experience
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and main competitors
  • Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and analyze post campaign results.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

To develop and own the entire Partnerships management strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with bank’s contract guidelines, policies (Sharia), budgets and best interest.
  • Show inters and intrapersonal skills to our colleagues and partners as you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally and externally.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various campaigns with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions.
  • Maintain a great relationship with current partners and propose new opportunities to grow the partnership.
  • Manage the end-to-end communication process by liaising with different internal teams so all approvals are in place before going live.
  • Run frequent market analysis and benchmark exercises.
