Description:
In this role, you will report directly into and work closely with the Head of Strategy & Scaling. Your role is key to delivering the growth strategy of the business. You will be responsible for driving and executing all aspects of the company’s M&A activities. This will include developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. In addition, you will be responsible to drive specific business development initiatives, ranging from the development of specific business cases to the implementation of business development initiatives.

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in startup, consulting, M&A (e.g. IB, PE), or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience in a high-growth environment (start-up, scale-up) will be a plus
- Track record of executing successful M&A transactions including strong analytical & financial modeling skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to show history of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration.
- Preferably higher degree (MSc) in business, finance, or a related field
