We are currently looking for our future Manager (m/f/d) Product Imagery, Photo & Video based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

The Manager (m/f/d) Product Imagery, Photo & Video is responsible for leading and managing a team that enhances and maintains specific media types (like pictures, videos, drawings, icons etc.) which are published in a wide variety of channels (catalogs, websites, brochures, export formats, data sheets, manuals etc.). The Manager Product Imagery, Photo and Video is responsible for creation, maintenance of the media types, but also ensures a high quality level and correct and accurate storage in the Product Information Management system

Responsibilities:
- Media Production and Maintenance: Manage a team responsible for producing and maintaining media assets such as videos, pictures, drawings, and icons, directly related to products
- Data Structuring: Implement and enforce data structuring practices, including naming conventions, linkage to products and metadata management, to enhance asset organization and searchability
- Publication Structure Integration: Link digital assets to various publication structures such as e-catalogs and webshops, ensuring seamless integration for marketing and product management teams
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with media production partners and vendors, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of content
- Product Information System and DAM: Experience with Product Information System (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, with the ability to maximize their effectiveness
- Year Planning: Create and manage annual plans for media creation and maintenance, including setting priorities and goals
- KPIs & Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for media creation and maintenance and manage team performance to achieve targets
- Budget Management: Develops and manages budgets for creation and maintenance of media types and tam activities.
