What awaits you with us

• As Manager (m/f/d) Communications, you are responsible for all external media and public relations work
• You will manage the Corporate Identity department (taking into account the owner’s CI)
• You position the Superabsorber division with internal and external target groups to strengthen awareness and reputation
• You develop and implement a comprehensive global communication strategy, also with regard to the latest trends and developments in the market
• You define communication messages and goals in collaboration with the specialist departments, e.g. brand messages, values, visions, successes, etc.
• You will also be responsible for commissioning, managing and briefing external service providers
• You will develop and implement internal communication programs and initiatives
• You are responsible for designing good crisis and neighborhood communication for the location with regard to positioning at a local level
• You are responsible for implementing and coordinating the strategic and operational management of the division’s communications
• You are the central point of contact for participation in external events (e.g. the Long Night of Industry)
• You will also actively support the Human Resources department (including training) in the areas of employer branding, employer pages on professional networks, the preparation of trade fairs, events and campaigns, etc.

What we value about you

• You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on communication, marketing, journalism or a completed apprenticeship and professional experience in a comparable position
• You are adept at project management
• You have knowledge of planning and implementing social media trends, PR measures and event management
• You are familiar with modern forms of communication and platforms
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
• Whether you communicate in German or English makes no difference to you
• You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and a creative spirit
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills
• A careful and reliable way of working as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment are a matter of course for you
• You see yourself as a service provider, at the interface between the company and internal and external stakeholders
