About the Role: Our team is looking for a focused and proficient Manager to oversee our Maintenance and Calibration operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with maintenance and calibration standards for all equipment and instruments used in our production processes. You will maintain our Calibration Management System (CMS) and guarantee that all maintenance and calibrations are performed accurately and within the agreed frequency. As a key communicator, you will engage in daily dialogues with your team and business partners to ensure smooth operations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and calibration.
  • A college diploma as a Technician or Engineer is preferred but not a requirement.

About the Team: You will guide a proficient group that includes a Maintenance Technician and a Calibration Technician. Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards in equipment and instrument maintenance and calibration, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the Local Administrator for our CMS (ProCalV5).
  • Oversee the administration of instruments, equipment, and users.
  • Plan and follow up on calibrations and preventive maintenance (PMs) using ProCalV5.
  • Ensure timely completion of calibrations and preventive maintenance.
  • Create ECRA/ECEN reports upon detecting deviations.
  • Support the continuous learning and skill enhancement of your staff.
  • Maintain daily communication and follow-up with your team.
  • Coordinate tasks and conduct 1:1 conversation.
  • Motivate your team and set clear, achievable goals.
  • Handle documentation, including creating and editing internal instructions related to the department.
  • Assist in planning and follow-up on tasks such as troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
  • Optimize calibration processes, methods, and routines.
  • Lead by example by performing calibrations and maintenance when necessary.
