Responsibilities:
- You are the main contact person and facilitator between smart Europe and selected markets regarding all sales related topics
- You steer and support markets in sales volume planning and target setting in alignment with smart Europe sales strategy and target agreement
- You co-create the sales strategy per market with eCommerce, incl. joint sales planning and development of new business initiatives
- You collaborate with markets and support on B2C, B2B and used-car sales connecting any dots across departments
- You review and analyze the Business Management Report (on market and agent level, incl. business/finance related indicators) in the role of market expert while providing insights to management and implications for other business units
- You set-up regular communication mechanism with markets to follow-up business performance and guide next steps, incl. annual sales & marketing conference
- You timely reflect markets/agents/customers feedback to relative business units for further optimization
