Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Build brand strategy to create strong and unique positioning that provides competitive advantage
  • Central brand guardian to set style guides, brand guidelines to build consistent brand imagery across all brand properties and assets, and provide guidance to the Group and regional markets
  • Manage creative process including conceptualization, visuals, copywriting and production to ensure impactful campaign execution
  • Creating and managing brand, corporate and promotional materials, collaterals and brand assets to support business units
  • Analyze customer insights to optimize creatives and messages that best relate to target audience
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the key brand and bankwide campaigns to drive brand health and visibility
  • Managing internal business units, stakeholders, advertising agencies, vendors and budgets

Education/Qualification

  • Degree in Advertising, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years past experience in Account Servicing or Strategic Planning in advertising agency; or as Brand or Advertising Manager
  • Proven experience in managing and executing effective advertising campaigns with high recall and shareability
