ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager to contribute significantly to the definition, execution and refinement of our global marketing strategy. You will join the Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, which serves as the dynamic backbone of the marketing organisation, combining business acumen with marketing expertise to define strategic pathways, enable high-impact initiatives, and support decision-making with breadth analytics. You’ll have the chance to contribute significantly to the execution and refinement of our global marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the company’s overarching business objectives. Working under the guidance of the team lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and collaborating on strategic marketing projects, closely liaising with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to hit key milestones and deliverables.

SKILLS:

  • Strategic Thinking: ability to think strategically, translating business goals into strategies.
  • Business analytics: strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, interpretation and insights generation. Usage of SQL or similar tools is a plus.
  • Project Management: proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
  • Communication: excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to any kind of audience, including senior management.
  • Adaptability: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs. You are comfortable with the uncertainty in business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the teams with the development, execution, and monitoring of our global marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end management of strategic marketing projects, working closely with the team lead, CMO, and Marketing Leadership Team to achieve milestones and deliverables.
  • Contribute to defining and managing marketing processes and ways of working, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking to support the Marketing team’s excellence.
  • Support the team by providing strong data-driven insights and analyses to enhance marketing efforts, measure effectiveness, and encourage ongoing optimization.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, business and data to support the execution of initiatives impacting the funnel at N26.
  • Collaborate with marketing and campaign managers and teams to help prioritise and allocate resources, maximising the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Serve as a supporting partner to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Marketing Leadership Team assisting across all levels.
  • Facilitate the alignment between Marketing Strategy and overall Company Strategy through collaboration with various functions (PTX, Business, Group, etc.), ensuring cohesive strategic objectives across departments.
