Description:
Family Group: Administration
Reporting to the CWO, the incumbent will:
- support CWO with the oversight and implementation of wellbeing framework and strategy across all NHG institutions;
- provide follow-up/ implementation support to NHG Staff Well-being Committee (NHG-SWC); and
- provide support in any Group level wellbeing projects/initiatives as assigned.
5. JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
5.1 Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience;
5.2 Degree in Human Resource/Social Work/Sports and Wellness or related discipline;
5.3 Knowledge of employee engagement, workplace health and wellness promotion, and such implementation practices in Singapore; and
5.4 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.
(b) Personal Attributes
5.5 Proficient in planning, organising, and operationalizing strategies and policies;
5.6 Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines;
5.7 Analytical, resourceful, result-focused, innovative, embrace change and meticulous;
5.8 A team player with strong interpersonal skills; and
5.9 Good command of both written and spoken English.
