    The Bureau of Meteorology is seeking an all-rounder who can skilfully combine big picture thinking and attention to detail to lead a small team of project managers in the establishment of new capabilities for key partners including Defence, other government agencies, the space sector and the energy sector. The role has a strong business management and business operations focus, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered by the National Security and Space Program (NSSP) through coordination of the Program’s activities.
    The National Security and Space Program sits within the Bureau’s Business Solutions Group and is the primary provider of environmental and space weather intelligence to sectors integral to Australia’s national security, ensuring our partners have the right information at the right time to deliver their outcomes. We provide a range of products and services over immediate to extended timeframes and identify future opportunities to support the national security and space sector’s capability development. This role is key to bringing these opportunities to life.
