As a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by guiding financial planning and analysis activities, managing all tools and processes related to forecasting, planning, scenario analysis and strategic financial projections. You will report directly to our Director of FP&A, oversee a team of Financial Analysts, and work closely with the Accounting department.
What You’ll Contribute

• Ownership over the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic projections.
• Manage and lead a team of Financial Analysts, providing short and long-term financial planning and analysis activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
• Work closely with the Executive team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Responsible for all tools and processes related to financial planning, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  What It Takes to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting and financial analysis/planning experience.
• CPA certification preferred
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Literacy and advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work in team environment and willing to assist other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
