Manager of Information Services - Haulers

What You Will Be Doing:
As part of the Information Services Management team, this individual is responsible for leading multiple teams of individuals while establishing healthy practices contributing to long term goals. This individual will act in a servant leader role and be an agent of innovation while inspiring those around them. This individual also plays a role in consultation, coaching, engineering practice leadership, team performance management, business/customer support, disaster recovery planning, driving idea generation, ensuring successful deployments, technical availability assurance, and talent management/recruiting/retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Superior and proven attention to detail
- Emphasis on coaching over directive management
- Excellent teamwork and independent decision-making skills
- Experience working on, or with, an agile team is preferable
- Managerial experience working in a highly collaborative atmosphere is preferable
- Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software/network/operations engineering, or combined equivalent of education and experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
