Responsibilities:
- Lead members of the Interior Design team with a focus on nurturing design excellence and innovation in every project.
- Manage team dynamics to ensure a collaborative environment where design ideas flourish and team members feel valued and motivated.
- Oversee the professional development of the team, identifying opportunities for growth and aligning them with project needs and design aspirations.
- Serve as a mentor and guide in both the creative and technical aspects of interior design, ensuring the team’s work reflects the high standards of Turner Fleischer.
- Ensure design projects are executed with a high level of creativity and precision, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Facilitate the integration of cutting-edge design technologies and methodologies within the team, enhancing our design capabilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and setting clear objectives for career advancement within the design domain.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the design and implementation phases.
