QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education or related) required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in workforce development, post-secondary education or related field, with demonstrated success in leadership and management roles.
- Strong understanding of contract management and compliance, with experience in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
- Proficiency in resource management, including budgeting, personnel management, and project planning.
- A valid driver’s license; travel is required within this position
