Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading our operational intelligence, analytics & reporting function supporting various global operations functions.
  • Supports operational readiness for digital payments operations, digital banking, digital & retail debt collections, among others.
  • Ensure timely, accurate & complete reporting of operations performance, Leads Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining existing & new operational processes within scope of responsibility.
  • Drives Continuous Improvement, Automation, Automation, process Optimization initiatives.Attract, develop and retain key talent to our global operations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of financial industry experience, including any of the following: e-commerce, Payment Gateways, Acquirers, Processors and/or Associations.
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelors in technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Finance fields, MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and managing high performing teams.
  • Proficient in the use of statistical and data Analysis tools like: Microsoft products (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI), JIRA, Scrum, Phyton, R-Studio, Power Automate, Pointillist, Snowflake, Big Data, Machine Learning.
  • Process Automation/Blue Prism and Agile experience is highly desired.
  • Desired with some previous experience on VISA/Master Card dispute resolution process.
  • Lean, Green Belt highly desired.
