Description:

Qualifications:

  • A University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong management, negotiation, and organizational skills are paramount.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve desired outcomes is critical.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness and capability to exercise authority to fulfill assigned duties effectively.
  • Comfortable representing the organization in various capacities.
  • Must have the ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) using a personal vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and serve as the primary liaison for services within assigned buildings, ensuring client needs are consistently addressed with value-added services.
  • Provide thorough training and mentorship to staff on company protocols, site-specific regulations, corporate guidelines, and legislative requirements.
  • Identify and analyze information to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  • Supervise team scheduling, oversee recruitment processes, manage timesheets, handle expense reimbursements, and facilitate training programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
