Job Description
As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, you excel in guiding clients through every phase of large-scale business transformations. From shaping the initial vision, to translating complex challenges into relevant roadmaps and solutions, and up to realizing organisational transformations, you create compelling business cases. As a lead consultant, you develop business strategies, considering end customers, technology and the impact on organizational dynamics. Your expertise extends to national and international clients, where you provide concrete recommendations and realize plans based on holistic analyses of organizations, incl. processes, structures, and operating models. Leading interdisciplinary teams, you contribute to large-scale consulting projects with confidence, positioning yourself as an expert and client partner in organisational transformation.
Qualifications
- A degree in business or a comparable field of study. A higher degree, Ph.D. or MBA, is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of strategic consulting experience in professional services, industry, or renowned consultancies.
- High communication and presentation skills, including on C-level.
- Proficiency in strategy development and practical consulting methodologies.
- Top analytical abilities and ability to convey complex solutions effectively.
- A creative mind with experience of exploring the unknown.
- Experience with innovation management, digital business models, and multi-channel strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a high sense of taking ownership with a deep track record of leading digitalization and/or transformation projects.
- Collaborative team spirit and a learning mindset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. High proficiency in German and/or French an advantage.
