QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Development and Learning, or Organizational Development and Leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience coaching and training, in a leadership capacity.
  • Advanced organizational development knowledge and expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating leadership, change, coaching and learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
  • Change management experience. Prosci change management certification is an asset.
  • Deep understanding and experience of LEADS in a Caring Environment framework, is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills required to effectively communicate with all levels.
  • Experience and skills in planning, preparing and delivering high quality education, training, and leadership programs.
  • Ability to manage the human, financial and operational resources of the organization.
  • Ability to work with others across the organization in an effective, collaborative manner and represent organizational development and learning initiatives to all levels of employees.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility and anti-racism (IDEAA).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to manage competing demands.
