Description:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Align mid-term to long-term Business Plan and OTB (Open To Buy) of the market across multiple functions and countries, in accordance to market financial plan and product marketing strategy. Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve Sales Plan which informs granular OTB and demand forecast planning. Lead OTB management by category level with the Key Franchise/model forecast based on historical data across Brand and Channels to achieve sales plan & GIM% (Goal In Margin) linked to the market budget plan/forecast. Manage effective communication with cross-functional teams to generate a common understanding of the Rolling Demand Plan.
Above all, be a reliable business partner driving growth and value creation cross-function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive seasonal OTB alignment and BUY sign off process and timeline, unite with channel intake% focusing on category level linked with sales plan in alignment with market GTM milestone, SCM and Finance calendar.
  • Drive demand planning process with granular level (category, Franchise, model) based on historical data align with the latest net sales in the markets and foster cross functional working environment with key stakeholders (Channels, Brand, SCM and Finance in both HUB and countries).
  • Conduct the regular cycle to review RDP (Rolling Demand Plan)& buy collaborate with TDP (Tactical Demand Planning) & ODP (Operational Demand Palnning) team to seek R&O (Risk & Opportunity) and harmonize the OTB/BUY and NS (Net Sales).
  • Monitor and update OTB in line with the latest net sales plan by category level across SEA countries in timely manner.
  • Identify gaps for full horizon of demand plan vs. strategic plan, analyses Category & Franchise based on historical data including GIM% and support gap closing activities.
  • Gatekeep key FTW Franchise & Key model defined with Brand team & BUY to simulate/monitor the inventory, sell out and inbound co-work with Brand & channel team.
  • Communicate with Marketing team on a regular basis to capture business changes affecting the demand plan. Collect Marketing & Sales input to ensure that demand management supports Marketing & Sales strategy.
  • Analyze in-season/re-order process to recommend the buy adjustment based on sell out projections, inventory and inbound situation considering Production and Transportation lead time.
  • Support demand planning related projects.
  • Support Management team by providing the reporting timely and accurately to support decision making.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Business analysis/Demand Planning with proven track record of successfully planning in a large sale organization
  • Ability to think strategically but also focus on detail and understand how it fits into the bigger picture
  • High interpersonal/presentation skills to communicate and coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and insight
  • Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting)
  • High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between Sales & Marketing
  • Advanced skill in MS office

PRE-REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University graduate or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • Minimum 2 years finance and/or planning/forecasting experience
