We are looking for an additional colleague to join us as a Manager Packaging Solutions within the Health & Medical (HM) Business Unit. HM encompasses the Incontinence Products Health Care and Medical Solutions categories.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven leadership experience from similar roles within the fields of Packaging, Marketing, Technology or similar, or solid experience from leading cross functional teams
- Experience from FMCG, medical or medtech businesses
- University degree
- English, spoken and written
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, objective driven with ability to work autonomously
- Change Management skills

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Packaging Solutions within Global Product Management (GPM) Incontinence Care is instrumental in driving, developing, implementing, and managing the packaging solutions within Europe and North America for the TENA Incontinence products across healthcare and retail channels. You will work in close collaboration with markets, R&D packaging, technology, sourcing, and manufacturing to ensure optimized and efficient solutions for the TENA brand, meeting market needs. Sustainability focus is key, especially to ensure implementation of new pack materials supporting the TENA sustainability targets and local market needs.
You will be leading an experienced global team of 8 persons and will be working to continuously developing the team with focus on continuous improvements of pack solutions and way of working.
In this role, you will report to the Director Global Product Management, and be a natural part of the GPM Leadership team. Regular travel to Europe, and occasional travel to North America will be required in this position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible for creating, developing, and driving a close collaboration with other parts of the organization, to ensure optimized packaging solutions for current assortment and for coming innovation projects
- Responsible for driving and implementing continuous improvements in way of working, ensuring efficiency in systems and processes
- Implement and drive follow-up KPI’s related to packaging solutions (including quality, cost, and customer satisfaction)
- Key contact person for Product Development (GBIS) in designing, driving, and implementing product packaging strategies and solution, including implementation of sustainability activities
- Driving and developing a team of Packaging Managers
- Contribute to the Global Product Management department development
